I weigh half of what I used to weigh..from 286 to 143 in the last 10 months...I feel amazing! Thank you to all the people here that have supported me and cheered me on....13 lbs to go until I reach my goal then I will need to figure out how to maintain for the rest of my life...any tips from maintainers greatly appreciated!! Will definitely get some before and after pics up soon. Keep plugging away guys, you are all so worth it

I've had bread a few times since being banded and I didn't scarf down the whole loaf, it's about moderation and self control, you had both. It was perfectly okay to eat and sounded delish!
