  1. I'm single work odd hours and hate cooking so I have lived off these frozen meals.....I think they are perfect portion size for me and I think a lot of them are very yummy! I don't pay attention to the carbs and all that .....I know I'm eating way less then I ever did and I'm happy to say I've lost 110lbs in less then a year and haven't even started exercising yet so I say do whatever satisfies you Sent from my DROID RAZR using LapBandTalk

  4. Ok I'm 10 months post op and lost 90 pounds so far which I'm super excited about BUT....... how do u know if ur to tight or just not eating correctly? I love eating obviously that's why I weighed 310 pounds haha I've been at this fill for probly 5 months I do have trouble eating sometimes without it coming back up or hurting and me forcing myself to make it come back up....I was eating with my parents Fri night and ordered a chicken breast and baked potato well after 1/4 of the chicken and not quite 1/2 of potato I was feeling very full....and I got frustrated cuz it was very good and I wanted to eat more lol but is that about right on amounts of food u should eat? I'm scared to get an infill cuz I've lost so much weight and I don't want to gain cuz I really have no self control but I don't want to hurt my band either.....sorry if this sounds dumb Sent from my DROID RAZR using LapBandTalk

  13. That u just wanna throw ur food across the room cuz its so delicious and u wanna eat like 3 helpings but can only have a few bites hehehe happened to me a lot thank god the band works lol

  16. I had my surgery 10 months ago and I'm down 90 pounds!!!!! I really wanna lose 100 in a year.... I'm starting an exercise program next week so that should help move things along faster too :) cuz I have not exercised AT ALL

  18. Surgery was may 1st started at 310 now December 28 I'm at 240.....down 70lbs and I feel fabulous!! And that's with no exercise
  19. Just wondering if this is an average weight loss....my goal is 100 in a year so I have 30 to go in 4 months! I know I can do it I just need to start exercising haha I have not exercised AT ALL.....I really want to lose 150 total (not in a year) just wondering if people still lose weight after a years period? I have felt so amazing since my weight loss I've gained so much more confidence in myself I can walk without getting tired I LOVE IT! My surgery was may 1 I weighed 310 now I'm at 240 and I'm only 5'1 so I have lots to go still but very excited so far and was like I said just curious if people still kept losing after a year
