Wow. That's crazy. You should be taking a b12 pill every week. It gives you energy.(:

So is it just b12 or b complex? How many mg?

I take B- complex every day!!! It's good for your hair too!!

I take the sublingual pill. It's 2500 mcg. I take it once a week.

I was told to take a multivitamin (Flintstones is my choice) and B12 every day.. vitamin D is recommended if you are not out in the Sun much.. (fortunately I live in Fla.) I have good energy.

try it and you will see a difference.

I get labs drawn in the morning to see if I'm low on anything

My doc had me on a multivitamin since before my surgery and I have to continue taking it. I wasn't told to take B12. I will ask on my next visit because I'm tired quite a bit lately myself. Thanks for the tip.
