Hi Ready,

I'm getting banded tomorrow at 9:15 alos. Good luck with your surgery as well! :)

I had surgery on the 18!! I was back with friends by the 21! I went to the gym (live in AZ and we are already in the 90s) today and did some walking. I'm feeling great! but trying to stay with the post op week one diet is driving me crazy... I want to eat, and all of the protein shakes are starting to taste awful. My first appointment isn't until June!!!

Congrats and good luck on your journey!!! Keep us updated on how you are feeling!! :)

If you would have asked me Fri, Sat, Sun, or before 1:00 yesterday I would have said don't have it done! Of course I had mine done Fri and was back at school Mon morning. I ran a low grade temp for a few days too. But around 1:00 yesterday I started feeling better. Except for the pain in my left shoulder, the occasional gas pain in my stomach, and the restriction I'm feeling so much better. I'm black & blue and my port site is tender but I'm so glad I did this!

Hey everyone I was banded this morning and my incision where my port is sore and I'm really kinda feeling ok I have had my gas strips and have walked a lot I'm still at the hospital with a hopeful release in the morning so ready to go!!

I had mine today. I am at home and feeling miserable. I'm in a lot of pain. I walked around my living room a few times and that was painful. My back and my stomach hurt. Hope it gets better soon.

I'm having my surgery tomorrow morning. I'm hoping the post-op pain is not too bad. Hopefully the pain and discomfort pass quickly. I have four days to recover and then go back to work.

I have mine scheduled for 10:30 in the morning. I'm excited to get this journey going, but I'm nervous and can't fall asleep.

Good luck! I'm scheduled for 9:20am. I slept like a rock... for some reason I am not too worried about this surgery. Hopefully that's a good sign.

I had my surgery last Friday, April 19th. The surgery went smoothly and i only had to take two doses of pain meds. But, the uncomfortable feeling in my stomach lasted for several days. It is definitely better today. Can't wait for Saturday and protein shakes and sf pudding. Lol.
