  15. Hi Mark. You've come to the right place!! We all love food!!!!!! That's how we ended up getting u healthily overweight to begin with so u r not alone!!! The thing u need to realize (which it seems u have ) is food making u happy.... Please read what u have written again. Loving food should not be the go to for happiness. Let it go and find what really makes you happy mark. Think like a kid!! When we were kids ( not like today's lol) we lived to be outside! Riding bike! Playing tag hide n go seek! Living life!! Regain your youthful happiness and it starts to make u realize what true happiness is like. Instead of eating your feelings ( I was guilty of this for years) tell people what u think and feel or start a journal. Easier to reflect on what's making u turn to food for happiness when u can know why. Men are taught to be strong and keep their feelings to themselves I believe we feel better when we get things out as people period. So don't beat yourself up or have buyers remorse yet. When u have come so far and are doing very well;). Just my two cents.
  16. I'm sorry to hear this! I spent the night in er due to Gb pain so I can relate to that you seem to be very successful! Mind over matter until u get filled again. Just keep doing everything the same as if u were filled. U got this. Good luck girl;)
  17. Make sure u r getting enough water as well. Youre eating less so u will go less but u need water to help that process. Hope that helps a bit;)

  20. 24 lbs down first month!!!!! And getting my first fill today!
  21. Everyone is different but the pain will pass. Just focus on healing and drinking your fluids hang in there it gets better!
  22. I had a sore throat yesterday passed to me from my daughter. Today full head cold! Ugh. The worst part is blowing my nose has made the port area sore in the muscle. Spring colds are thee worst and this one is kicking my butt as I'm just two weeks post op .....
  23. Yes the pain meds help with the soreness. Also u need to walk around to get that gas to move! It sucks to move cause its painful but that gas they use to inflate the stomach needs to go somewhere. Until you start moving around it's going to keep u uncomfortable. So I hope this helps and u can get some relief. I liked to walk stretch my arms(especially the left one) and it helped and then I would take my pain meds afterwards and sleep then repeat it all again so the gas left within a few days for me. Also the more you move the less chance of clots you have.
