Finally after a few weeks at the same weight, the scale moved... down haha I've been stuck at 325 and finally I'm down to 319! I've stepped up my workouts, doing at least an hour of cardio and an hour of weight training and I go to a class here and there. I've really been watching what I eat and track ever calorie or whatever I put in my mouth. I've also watched my sodium intake. I was drinking a lot of gatorade and sports drinks after my workouts but with all the sodium I think it was making me retain Water weight, So now it's back to water and my favorite iced tea packets from Walmart as well as hot peppermint tea with truvia. If you guys haven't tried truvia try it, it's so much better then splenda. Also they do sell stevia sweetener in the Vitamin section which I also use it comes in liquid or powder form. I've only gotten one fill and I think it may be time to get another. After my workouts I get very hungry and sometimes eat a little more then a cup but for the most part I don't eat more then a cup. If i eat to much I start to hiccup and I know to put the food down! It's obviously still an everyday struggle but I take it day by day and try not to weigh myself everyday. Good luck to you all <3

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
