This may be a litl silly, but it just made my day so I had to share! From someone who has had fat and swollen ankles for so long! I have been walking 3 miles every morning and it has made my legs and feet very sore. So I had my husband rub them for me, and he looked at me and said "your ankles have gotten skinny" I'm not used to them feeling boney! This combined with fitting into the jeans I bought a size to small just before I started the pre opt diet. Is why I'm doing the *** Happy dance***...TOTALLY LOVING my band!

I just bought 2 new pairs of heels just the other day... Such a great feeling! Even though I couldn't wear them very long to save my life! LOL They still look cute for the short time that I can wear them!

What a great feeling. I remember looking down at my hands one day and thinking WTF? Whose hands are on the ends of my arms?

It really is a great feeling! Lol, my hands haven't shrank that much, but my wedding ring is starting to get loose! :-)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
