I have to buy the Atkins bars ! Thanks for the idea

Greek yogurt. I live on yogurt. I have to "delactose" it with drops, but I love the stuff, any way.

Rice Cakes. They replaced bread totally for me. I even make toasted sandwiches with them (they dont ignite in a sandwich press, but dont try toasting or microwaving them).

Muesli. I make home made toasted muesli, full of good stuff like ground flaxseed.

Coconut. Just coz. Coconut flavoured anything. I adore the stuff.

Nuts. Another staple which replace entire meals for me.

And.... coffee. Always the most important thing in my diet. I'm not a confectionary coffee person though, strong, black and unsweetened is my thing.

I have never heard of PB2 so I googled it. How do you use it?

I have had many top 5 foods as I eat within a box for about a month at a time until I am on to my new fave!

As for now.....

1. Aidell's chicken sausage

2. Pure Protein bars

3. Madame edadame

4. fresh green beans

5.honeydew and watermelon

I have never heard of PB2 so I googled it. How do you use it?

I use my PB2 in my Protein shakes. Apparently, you can use it just like Peanut Butter after you add Water to moisten it.

Crockpot enchilada chicken

boca meatless burgers

cheese

Deli Ham

Protein shakes

You can use the PB2 as a paste after you add Water, but the taste isn't like normal Peanut Butter. It's kinda grainy and unsweet, tastes a lot like ground peanuts. I looooove it in homemade shakes, tho - nice protein kick!

what's your recipe for crockpot enchiladas?

Yes Nikki C please post the crockpot enchilada chicken. That sounds like a good one to do on my late days at work.

Lentil soup with ham base powder, carrots, onion, thin potatoes, and very fine chopped celery....love this!!!!!

Deviled ham with Hollywood mayonnaise ( I know fattening mayo)

coffee and Hershey's caramel creamer

Italian turkey ground up cooked and mixed with Pasta sauce and low cal Alfredo ( I call it Italian soup, but it's really noodle less spaghetti)

8 chicken breasts

1 onion

3 cloves garlic

1 bell pepper

Several jalapenos (I do about 5, the gest cooks out a lot)

1 can diced green chiles (sm)

2 chicken bouillon cubes

2 lg cans old el paso enchilada sauce

3 cans black Beans

.5 bag of frozen corn

Salt and pepper to taste

dice all the veggies and throw everything in the crockpot. cook 6-8 hours, then pull the chicken and shred it (it falls apart). Put the chicken back in to soak up juices and leave crock pot on low. This takes about an hour, I like to leave it juicy.

I divide this into smaller dishes and freeze it. I take out one dish and it serves about 3 meals for me. I like it with melted cheddar cheese and crushed red pepper, then dipped into sour cream. it's low carb, high Protein and DELICIOUS!

Sorry the measurements aren't exact, I created this recipe and usually just wing it ;)

I love this thread! Thanks!

Here is my current list:

Edamame ( I buy it frozen. Microwave it, add salt)

Banana carb master yogurt mixed with 1/2 cup kashi go lean honey almond flax cereal.

Special k pop crackers with cottage cheese

Salmon in the pouch

Individual fish filets flash frozen in pouch- you can pull out 1 or 4. I love tilapia, cod, perch or flounder. They thaw quickly & can pan sautée.
