I am hearing that you need 11-1200 calories a day in order to lose weight. I am probably getting in 300-500. I has only been a week and half since surgery, so i don't have a lot of options. i am only allowed full liquids. Not even mushies. I am drinking Protein shots which are low cal several times a day and a lot of Water.
