I know Costco sells liquid vitamins. I would recommend going into a supplement store and talking to them about the feedback they've received on their stock.

There are also places that sell band specific multi's- Unjury (O-Purity brand), Bariatric Advantage, Celebration, etc. My surgeon said I could also use Centrum chewables.

I purchased my vitamin and calcium citrate at the health food store.

I would suggest a health food store as they seem to have a big selection of suppliments.

I got mine from Shaklee. I don't mind the taste either and it is only one teaspoon a day. Also Healthy Weight does a dissolvable one that isn't too bad as long as you wait for the bubbles to go.

www.purityproducts.com yummm!

I checked them out but they only have a few liquid Vitamins and look expensive but I'm not really sure how much these things run regularly anyways so Thank you for sharing! ;-)

My doctor says to do chewables. He recommends Flintstones with Choline and caltrate plus D chewables. I buy the costco brand of the multi for much cheaper. I get a large bottle of of the caltrate at Walmart.
