I am the same exact way. I'll do good with eating And exercise for a few days And lose a few pounds then I'll go back to bad habits and I'll gain those few pounds back. I don't know what my problem is. It's annoying. I'm annoying myself lol

But I look at both of your tickets and you've both lost a tremendous amount of weight! Don't give up - just keep trying. It's possible it's a lifetime journey... I am sorry for your frustration but never give up! (hope to be where you are someday!)

I can relate too, I think Im doing so good and I mentally know I am, and dr says I am, nutritionist says I am, but it feels like Im overeating, or eating wrong things and Im gaining weight, but scale stays the same. Nutritionist told me Im obsessing and that puts me in that frame of mine that anything I eat will make me gain weight, yeah thats true, so Im trying not to stress about stressing!... -_- lets not stop though girls, we've made it this far..

I agree let's do it. Tomorrow is another day, another day to do something healthy for our bodies. I just need to take more steps forward and less steps back.

I think this happens to a lot of people you mentally are close to goal and so your resolve relaxes a little .. i was the same and still are, except now i am in maintenace as i had to really push myself to lose those last few lbs, now i can fluctaute a little up and down and as long as my base weight stays the same each week i enjoy my food and dont worry about it .. get to goal then relax a little .. good luck to you both !

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
