Artificial Sweetners Give Me Mugraines!!!

I can't do artificial Sweetners which limits my options. I have been loosing weight but does anyone have suggestions for coping with band when I can't really do the fake stuff?

bite the bullet and go without them. i did. ive never looked back.

I agree..... just don't use them. If they give you such a bad reaction that you are needing to lay in bed or just can't be as active they aren't worth it. If you absolutly have to sweeten something use sugar.

You will in a much better position to burn it off if you don't have such a bad headache.

I agree with holly stevia is a plant based sweetner and isnt made from chemicals at all, u should do fine with it .. i also use a teaspoon of maple syrup in my greek yoghurt its a complex sugar so isnt as bad for u .. as refined white sugar .. if u add sugar to something u are in control of the amounts and to be honest a small amount of unrefined sugar isnt that bad for us, what is bad is all the hidden sugars in processed foods and even suagrs in the low calorie yoghurts etc, better to get plain unsweetened things and add your own fruit and maybe a small amount of sugar .. u are in control then :)
