If You Could Pick...

Recommended Posts

Just had this crazy thought while on the Elliptical...if you could chose where that 1pound of fat would come off this week, where would it be??? I know it's silly but when I saw this picture of 1lb of fat, it's what came to mind. Lol.

And PS mine would be off my belly !!

Belly or even face...I have lost 37 pounds from everywhere but my belly. I just look pregnant now. I have the skinniest legs and even thighs...but I'm at 199 at 5"7 and STILL wearing some size 18 !! because of my waistline. I have add an ab workout these last couple of weeks. we will see how that goes. ---but it makes my port site hurt a little.

Anywhere but my boobs or butt! I like my round butt and my boobs have pretty much disappeared already!!! I was hoping for an hourglass figure, now I'm a pear with big flabby arms! :-(

BUT, at least I'm not a big circle anymore, lol! {trying to look at the positive!}

      I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
