"sensa" Sprinkles Along With Lap Band

Recommended Posts

Just curious....Has any one tried the SENSA sprinkles along with the Lap Band? I just need to lose 15 more pounds, I've hit a plateau, and I don't want to get another fill. I've lost 83 lbs with the band on its own. I just want to lose another 15 and not get a fill. Thank You.

I read about Sensa online and didn't like the reviews. Most said it didn't work at all. Seems like another gimmick, just like many of the "TV diets". I also read that they have some pretty deceptive billing practices and that once you get on their billing cycle, they keep billing you even if you don't want their product anymore.

I have used it in the past. They say it is tasteless but I could taste it. It didn't do anything. I believe it's a huge scam; don't waste your money! If you're interested: http://www.trysensa.com/

Both my mom and I have tried it and it didn't work for either one of us. I could taste the flavor too. I wish it worked, but if it seems too good to be true...Luckily for my mom, she ordered through a home shopping channel and it wasn't hard for her to cancel it. I don't see anything wrong with trying it if you want to though.

I tried every diet product ever made including that.

I have one word for you: GIMMICK

Don't waste your money... work the band!

Unless you can sprinkle some sense into my food addicted brain, I don't think it will work. If it were that easy then everyone would be skinny. Perhaps you should try to get another fill or pick up your workout routine instead. You will most likely make it through that plateau that way than with Sensa.

Don't waste your time or money. This one of the pre-band gimmicks I tried. The only weight I lost was in my wallet.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
