36lbs To Go!!!!!

Recommended Posts

So, I am little frustrated now with myself/body and curious to see if this is normal or not. I have 36lbs to go to my 173lb goal. However, it seems like I'll lose 4 lbs then gain it right back. I am not changing anything by eatting, I actually am eatting less than I normally do ( just got a fill) and I do a boot camp 3-5 days a week. I am curious to know if this is a plateu or if I am just doing something wrong. Any suggestions?

204 lbs. WOW!!!! That's awesome!! Congratulations!!!!!

The past 4 months I'm also at a stand still with weight loss and I lose 6 lbs. then put them back on. I know that I'm still losing because my clothing fit a bit looser thus, I am losing inches. Last appointment my doc told me that my body slowed down in weight loss with the band and the rest was up to me. I'm exercising everyday but the scale just won't show it. Could be muscle weight also. ??? Hang in there and congratulations again!

Sounds like me! I feel like I go up and down with the same pound now for 2 weeks then I will drop a .5-1lb. I use to lose 1.5 lbs per a week and now I am lucky if I can lose .5lbs/week. I have worked on my eating and kicking up my workouts. I am going to see my dr tomorrrow and may get a fill. But I am pretty tight but do get more hungry at night. Good luck!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
