I am addicted to Skinny Cows!

Recommended Posts

Hello, my name is Sally and I am addicted to Skinny Cows! Before the band, I could eat a box of Edy's ice cream without effort and go back to the freezer to find out if there was more. Now, I've found the Skinny Cow! I usually don't go over my calorie limit, but I've noticed that I do it with the SC. I decided that this wasn't what I got the band to do...so I don't have any SC in the house. Last night, I had a great craving for them, but made another choice. Bandster hell and SCs do not make a good combination for me. Do you have any of those foods you eat too much of?

I could eat a gallon of costco vanilla ice cream in one sitting, it's the best vanilla I've

ever eaten, but then my weight loss would stop and my diabetes would return and

the $60000 spent would be wasted, so I choose not to. This is my deliberate choice,

I've decided I would rather be 100 lbs lighter than I was. To accomplish this, I have

decided to give up my beloved pizza, beer, and all of the other comfort foods I love.

This wasn't an easy decision, when I see my friends and family enjoying foods I want,

I have to reaffirm my choice everyday. It's difficult, but I'm doing it day by day.

I love skinny cows. Wish I'd never bought that first box. I don't eat one every day but I'd love to!

Everyone seems to have their " trigger foods". All we can do is keep them out of our houses. Usually the triggers are some kind of carb snack, so I find that if I keep the carbs low, the cravings stay away.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
