True Results in Houston .. Adjustment

Recommended Posts

I also go to True Results Houston - yes, they are always busy so try to see if they will refer you to Dr. Hollister in the interium, I know it only takes 10 min and his office is further but it is worth it to keep you on track. They told me he and Dr. Reilly are supporting one another as well. I agree set yourself appointments 3 months out and set reminders to be safe. if you do not want to go to Doc Hollister then you must call every day...Go On be a stalker :o I would too for my fill ;)

Wow it is weird that you all have to wait so long. I had my surgery with Dr Spivak in Houston and I could always get in the same day and he always did the fills and fluro, not a nurse. But since he moved overseas I had switch to TLC and I did have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. But they do take people from other Drs. and they always do fluros with each fill which it what Dr Spivak did too and since he put your port in he got it first time everytime. So if you can't get in try them. They are all very nice. That was my first fill in over a year so I am glad Dr Spivak was here in the beginning for all the first fills.

Thanks for the info! How much does TLC charge? True Results doesn't do the Fluro .. but also I don't have to pay at True Results (which is most likely why they don't mind making you wait a month! They aren't getting paid either way!!)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
