feeling pretty good but....

Recommended Posts

So I had my surgery on 8-4 and my first fill on 9-5. I am exercising almost every day from 30 min to 1 hr. I have a shake for Breakfast, a very small lunch and about 1 1/12 cup for dinner. I feel like I could use another fill to help curve hunger in between meals. I have always been a snacker. So that has been my hardest part. I am finally in onederland at 198 (-17 lbs). I know it will come off slow and that is fine with me. In general, I feel good. So here is my question. Is there anything else I could be doing to speed up the process of becomming healthier?

So you want to lose fat. What type of exercise are you doing?

I know some doc's say no Snacks but I believe in healthy, planned snacks. I eat 1/4 nuts, lowfat cheese sticks, beef Jerky for snacks. It keeps me from getting too hungry inbetween meals. I lost 107 pounds in about 10 months. Keep up the excersise for sure! It may take a few fills to get you to a good place- try to be patient, I know it's hard. Best wishes.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
