Hi ,

Welcome! :D If your anything like me you a just scared of the unknown. I'am doing so much better . I get alittle stronger each day. :) I'am still not 100%, I would say I'am at 65% back to myself and I 'am day 8 post op. I'am still weak but I would have to say due to the lack of calories I'am able to consume. I 'am still clear liquids for another week. I go to see my Doctor (the first visit since the surgery )on August 1st I'm scared too. I believe I will get my first fill that day? What would ease your fear? Do you want to know about the surgery process or the aftercare or is it the life style change ? Feel free to hit me with all your questions? I'm glad to help you. I think it is good to have a healthy fear. This is a serious operation, that needs to be respected. You have to respect your band. It a huge life change, and is hard work. Stay positive and informed and true to your band and follow all your Doc's directions to the "T". I wish you all the best as you begin your new life journey.

(((((hugs))))))), Denise

Lots and lots of prayers, you'll do great!
