Keep an eye on it...it may just be swelling. Small sips of the drinks and try again tomorrow.

goodness, dealing with a fill sounds scary. I haven't had a fill yet, got banded 5/23. I have a drs appt tom. I'm worried.

Same thing with me last week on the 13th, just today and yesterdayi am feeling back to normal and having food go down, but with this 2nd fill i defintely have to eat way smaller bites and chew forever! Good luck, im sure its just swelling

My doctor also says that when I get a fill to do clear liquids for a day after, and then full liquids for a couple of days before going back to regular food. Of course I haven't experienced a fill yet, but I remember them telling me that in the office.

Don't wait too long to think about an unfill. When I was too tight I suffered much longer than neccessary thinking it was swelling. After an unfill, I had good restriction. I wouldn't give it more than about 3 days and see if your better.

3 days sounds about right-but do try to stay on liquids for a day and then slowly work your way into solids.

Hope you feel better soon.

FYI I had fill number two yesterday around 1PM. I drank Protein shakes after and had one small greek yogurt.

I will see how mushies go down today!

I hope that you are feeling better. Yes, you probably need to stay on liquids for a day or 2. My surgeon is very conservative and says 2 days clear and 2 days full liquids after a fill. I, usually, make it 3 1/2 days before I try anything with much consistancy to it.

Good luck, don't wait too long for an unfill, if needed. But, try to get by with liquids 1st. Good luck, Karen
