5 Day Pouch Test

I started the 5 day pouch Test today, and so far so good.

Breakfast: 1 Special K

That was strange lol

Anyway

Breakfast: 1 Special K chocolate shake

Snack: 1 Special K chocolate shake (was 30 min prior to going to exercise)

lunch 1 Campbells Creamy Tomato Parmesan Bisque

and so far so good. It's 3:50 and I am just a little hungry. I have had Crystal Light Tea and fruit punch and getting ready to fix another bottle of Water for the ride home.

I did have 3 cups of coffee with sweet and low and vanilla caramel Creamer, not sure if that is allowed but didn't really think about it until after I drank it.

The 5 day pouch test is amazing. I use it to help me get back on track and see if I need a fill or not.
