That was strange lol

Anyway

Breakfast: 1 Special K chocolate shake

Snack: 1 Special K Chocolate Shake (was 30 min prior to going to exercise)

lunch 1 Campbells Creamy Tomato Parmesan Bisque

and so far so good. It's 3:50 and I am just a little hungry. I have had Crystal Light Tea and Fruit punch and getting ready to fix another bottle of Water for the ride home.

I did have 3 cups of coffee with sweet and low and vanilla caramel creamer, not sure if that is allowed but didn't really think about it until after I drank it.

Here's hoping to get back on track : ) Hope everyone has a great afternoon.
