Recommended Posts

I have been yo-yoing for the past 2 mos with the same 1-2lbs...I cant break out of the 250's. I go form 253 to 252 but nothing less then that...I have started walking everyday and have felt my clothes get bigger but no scale action...Please advise

Walking is great exercise. Are you doing any other exercise? If not it may be just that your body needs greater inducement to let go of some of the weight.

No I went for ZERO exercise to walking everyday for 30-45min...maybe I should walk longer?

That's funny, I'm stuck at the same exact spot! It's frustrating... if you find something that works, please let me know!!

I have been working out pretty hard core lately, so I'm hoping that I'm gaining muscle and it's just leveling out for now. who knows...

Good luck! I'm sure the added exercise will help you a lot

I'm right there with ya! I've been bouncing around between 255 and 253.8 for going on 4 weeks now. I started exercising hard core 2 weeks ago. I'm hoping this is some sort of torture that is going to get a massive payoff on the scale soon. LOL...

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
