How are you feeling? About a week out, I was a combination of excitement and nerves. Everything turned out great and I am positive that you will be the same.

One more week for myself as well! How is your pre-op diet going????

my surgery is scheduled for one week from today also. i am excited and nervous also! This is going to b great thing for me. i will be healthier and slimmer to boot. looking forward to all the things i used to do. this preop plan is for the birds. i am trying to use mind over matter and stay focused that this is a temporary thing. A friend of mine at work came by my office and copied an article for me on the Spirituality of Fasting. So i am giving this to a more higher power to help me conquer some of my hunger issues. I hope all goes well for everyone and it seems the 21st of December will be busy for quite a few of us.

I am excited and nervous to well I'm more nervous. I haven't stated my diet yet my doc has me on a 2 day pre op diet.
