This is my first challenege, was banded 5/10. Going to shoot for the stars and aim high. I would love to be in the 200's by the 4th so I am going for 31 pounds! That will put me at 299! Good Luck! Now I just need to figure out the weight ticker! :smile2:

I am new to banderland. I think 2 pounds per week should be good. I lost 8 the first week since surgery and then 2 the second week. When I get hungry because of the little restriction I have I think about what I have the band for and turn away. I should have my first fill and still have a few weeks to meet the challenge.

15 pounds by the fourth will put me at 370 lbs.

You should not have to?

It keeps going to the log in screen. I never had a problem with the other spreadsheets.

Great job Bella!

I am only down one, but that is in the right direction so I'll take it! Just had a fill so things are "off" as far as liquid and Protein, by next week things will hopefully look better!

I lost 1 pound this week, I had tried a different eating plan week before last and had gained 3 pounds! So I lost those 3 plus this 1. For a net result of 1. I'll take it!

I was down a huge 9lbs. Remember this is my first "official" weigh-in since surgery, but I'll take it. Start "soft food" mid week so we'll see what changes that brings!! :)

Banded May 5/10

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
