  1. Do not feel bad for looking great. Your change was not a magic cure all, you had to eat the right food, excercise and undergo surgery. That is a lot of work and it paid off, you look great!
  2. Welcome home! And Im glad you had a positive experience.
  3. Has anyone's fashion sense, style or image change since losing a lot of weight? I have always wanted to rock that cool, hipster, bum look like johnny depp, but as a fat guy you can't look messy-chic, you just come off as sloppy-fat. How has your sense of dress changed since dropping the weight?
  4. You did it!!! You are on your way, baby!!
  5. Changing routines at the gym is a HUGE help. Your muscles actually have memory and doing the same routine becomes ingrained to them. Shock your system, spend the whole day working your legs (biggest muscle in the body) and im sure you will lose a couple and be back on track.
  6. WOW. Just WOW you look great
  7. Thanks for checking in. You keep us motivated
  8. This is awesome! And your gonna have loads of energy to chase that little one
  9. How much does drinking water change post sleeve? I am a HUGE water drinker and at the gym I chug down at least 48 oz of water and thats in an hours time! Will I still be able to gulp it down or will I be taking dainty lil sips? Sorry to jack the thread, just one question I swear
  10. "Hot Librarian"....Nice
  11. Glad you guys dig the recipe, as I said they are tasty as all get out. Good luck meggspeggs and congrats on the surgery! BigGurl, Ralph Cramden...I wish he was nice and lean. LOL
  12. As a guy, I wouldn't wanna hear about it on a first date. It's a bit intimate more of a third date type of deal.
  13. That is AMAZING! Congrats on getting there. And you do look way smaller than 150
  14. Up and around already is a good sign. Congrats
  15. Im with Rootman! How about a whole bikini thread...of course strictly for motivational reasons
  16. Just read your post and I was really taken aback. You have a great NSV in there and the timing was perfect. So sorry for the losses you suffered but so happy you are keeping on, keeping on. Love the comment by the little one btw

  18. I have made this, it was a big hit at home. 6 - chicken Breast halves, no skin, 1 jar (about 2 cups) your favorite Salsa (mild, medium, or hot) 1-2 TBLSP Brown Sugar 1 TBLSP Brown Mustard or Dijon Mustard Directions Place chicken in crock pot or casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients in bowl and pour over chicken. Cook in crock pot on low for about 6 hours, or bake in 375f oven for about 1 hour. The sauce is delicious over rice, scooped up with baked tortilla chips, or even served over steamed veggies. Number of Servings: 6 Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user ELAINEHN. Hello All I am a seafood addict! Bacon wrapped scallops, lobster tail, king crab I will take it all. I am a volume eater and could probably consume all the above in one sitting. My question is, with seafood being kinda soft and flaky, how much does it take to fill you up with the sleeve? Examples would be great, like 3 scallops or one lobster tail.
