I’ve determined that I absolutely cannot eat Ramen. (Ate it once before, made me feel sick) I have been laying here for over an hour with my mouth periodically watering because I feel like I’m gonna throw up. If I didn’t have a phobia over vomit I am sure that I definitely would have. I feel like I’m dying!! I have no problem eating any kind of pasta or other kinds of noodles but there’s just something about Ramen I can’t digest. Anyway this is definitely the closest I’ve come to puking since my surgery. What do you do for dumping?? I tried papaya enzymes, laying down, tums…. Nothing helps. Just wait it out? I feel like I never want to eat again!

    Post VSG Regrets?

Absolutely NO regrets!! Had my surgery June 7th down 50 lbs . Pretty unbelievable for me . 2 1/2 month's down 50lbs no way I could of did it by myself. I'm off my blood pressure medication, I've cut my diabetes medication by 75% . I'm back to normal energy wise , eating 700 - 800 calories a day , I'm losing on an average of 3lbs a week right now. To this point it's the best decision of my life .

Check this one out. Walmart Equate Calcium Citrate + D3 Petites Dietary Supplement, 200 count is $6.98 a bottle or 3.5 cents each/ $13.96 x 2. This one comes in behind the 21st Century Vitamins Calcium Citrate Plus D3 Maximum Tablets, 400 Count, in price but it might make a good second choice if the other is out of stock or the price goes up. Don't forget to subcribe and save on Amazon to get the lowest price. Equate Calcium Citrate + D3 Petites Dietary Supplement, 200 count - Walmart.com

    Hair loss

^^^^ ditto everything Arabesque said. Super common - and it will grow back! Fortunately, for most of us anyway, WE notice it, but it's usually not enough that others notice it.

I'm sorry your husband isn't being supportive. I live alone and I chose not to tell anyone about my surgery other than medical professionals, so a ride to and from the hospital was an issue for me as well. I just took a taxi to the hospital, but the hospital told me I wasn't allowed to take a taxi/Uber/Lyft home and I had to give them the name and contact info of the person picking me up. I contacted a local home health care agency and they picked me up. The fee wasn't much more than the taxi ride and included a 4-hour shift of home health care, which was nice because the person who picked me up helped me bring my stuff in the house and picked up my prescriptions for me.
