I would go with The Bypass or DS, several people with the sleeve usually end up getting revisions. Good luck to you! Get a few consults with surgeons.

I took Paxlovid two out of the 3 times I had covid. It helped tremendously, I took whole pills, no problem.

I'd like to suggest you try Alkaline water. I had a hard time with water, my surgeon suggested Alkaline water which goes down very smoothly. I also do better adding Crystal Light or any other sugar free flavoring. I now also drink Purified water with no problem. I can't tolerate Spring water. Good luck to you on your journey! I had my Bypass on November 3, the date changed on me several times. I'm finally made it to the losers club. They only give Tylenol at my hospital for pain. Sitting and standing up is the painful part. My blood sugar levels are already in the normal range.
