Two years

I'm coming up on 2 yes and I have totally fell off. I haven't gained anything but I have only lose inches no weight. As of last month, I'm now a vegetarian. I can't find the energy to workout early in the mornings and tired at night. Protein intake is better as a vegetarian than before but still lack the will to eat anything. Can someone help me out with this, please. ????????????

Are your labs ok are you taking your Vitamins b-12 specifically. How much Protein are you getting you should be at 60-80 grams every day. Are you drinking Water it should be 2 litires every day

ambg, I am sorry to hear of your struggles, I am not sleeved yet so I don't know how you're feeling, but I hope you hang in there, you can get back on track, you're in a stall but it won't last, you are over the hard part, keep pushing and don't lose track of your goal, many people are pulling for you.       Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
