I'm coming up on 2 yes and I have totally fell off. I haven't gained anything but I have only lose inches no weight. As of last month, I'm now a vegetarian. I can't find the energy to workout early in the mornings and tired at night. Protein intake is better as a vegetarian than before but still lack the will to eat anything. Can someone help me out with this, please. ????????????

I need help! I have been trying to get back into the gym swing of things and can't make myself go everyday. I think of everything else I can be doing besides working out. How can I get back on track quick before I mess up all the work i've done? Can you go too far and not be able to reach your goal?
It's been one year and I'm down 61pounds. I've had some issues with carbs, bread mainly. It's my biggest weakness. Can anyone give me some ideas on how work with this? I've been challenged by my doctor to be down 30 when I see him in 6 months.
Well, I had my 3 month check up, down 47 pounds. I was cleared for the gym and full stream ahead. I hope to be down 2 more sizes by the end of May.
Any tips on a good exercise routine?
I'm 2 months in and I've lose 40+, down from 22 to 14, yet I feel that I should be smaller than this or maybe I just can't see it. Is this the "blues" (wishing for more than I should) or should I really be losing more weigh? Should I have discomfort when I sit down to eat vegetables or protein meats like chicken or turkey? Thanks in advance for any advices.

Hello everyone,
I'm a newbie, December 20th. I've lost 25LBS since then . Did anyone have friends or family members that just couldn't understand your decision?
