One year anniversary

It's been one year and I'm down 61pounds. I've had some issues with carbs, bread mainly. It's my biggest weakness. Can anyone give me some ideas on how work with this? I've been challenged by my doctor to be down 30 when I see him in 6 months.

Are you eating at regular intervals to avoid your blood sugar crashing? I am just getting started on my journey, but I tend to crave starchy foods and noticed that if I went too long between meals I was more likely to grab carbs. How is your water intake? There are a ton of great recipes in the forums you may want to try. You can do this!!!

XO,

Ms.A
