Two years

I'm coming up on 2 yes and I have totally fell off. I haven't gained anything but I have only lose inches no weight. As of last month, I'm now a vegetarian. I can't find the energy to workout early in the mornings and tired at night. Protein intake is better as a vegetarian than before but still lack the will to eat anything. Can someone help me out with this, please. ????????????

Are your labs ok are you taking your vitamins b-12 specifically. How much protein are you getting you should be at 60-80 grams every day. Are you drinking water it should be 2 litires every day

ambg, I am sorry to hear of your struggles, I am not sleeved yet so I don't know how you're feeling, but I hope you hang in there, you can get back on track, you're in a stall but it won't last, you are over the hard part, keep pushing and don't lose track of your goal, many people are pulling for you.
