How come I can't post on the veterans forum?

I get a message that says "you don't have enough permission to create a new topic on this forum"

I'm pretty sure you have to have at least 100 posts on the board before you're considered a veteran. Your profile shows that you've got 39.

"You must be one year out to post or create topics here." Since your surgery date is listed as Nov 1999, and your join date is Nov 2012, it might be confusing the system. Try going into your profile and correcting the surgery date.

How come I can't post on the veterans forum? :(

This forum is dedicated to veteran Sleevers who are one year or more post-op to discuss issues specific to those who are further along in their journey.

the above is at top of the veterans board

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
