I gotta say, that is the first time I've heard it called that! Had me rolling off my chair! Not sure what can be done, how long ago did you have your surgery? Are you looking into plastic surgery? I went to a support group meeting here locally last night, where a plastic surgeon spoke to our group. There are a number of options available (most of which insurance will NOT cover), and they are pricey (they started at about 5K to around 13K). There is one for arms (I think it is called bracchioplasty), and it will leave a long scar. Then there are body lifts, and others specifically for the lower torso. If you have a support group where you are, suggest having a plastic surgeon come and speak, it is very informative. There is liposuction, which may help with the newly "fashionable" cottage cheese look! I wish you all the best with this!

Oh my... Yea tried to fill that extra skin up with muscle only helped a bit. Moisturized and Vitamin E and all those things didn't seem to help much at all.

It's mostly genes and age. And plastic surgery.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
