  9. Cross my legs, ride a bike, golf, walk a 5k, buying clothes in the misses section, not having to buy 2 seats when I fly and being able to go places and not being worried about what I can and can't do. A tropical vacation would also be nice!
  10. First challenge I've participated in. Current weight 266. Goal weight 250
  11. I loved coffee prior to surgery..I did switch to decaf before surgery. However, post surgery my taste buds have changed and coffee does not taste the same so I have been able to just leave it. I would never of guessed this outcome. Good luck

  17. I stayed two nights in hospital. The only thing I used was Chapstick. Hospital had everything else (toothbrush and paste, lotion etc). I left in the same clothes I came in (loose fitting). I did bring my iPad but just used my time resting and healing and walking. Best of Luck on this incredible life saving journey.
  18. Lost one shoe size..

  22. Congratulations...whatever you choice enjoy every minute of your success. I took the day off work.
  23. For the first six months, I only weighed at my dr appointment. Now I weight every two weeks. I was never disappointed and I refused to give my power to the scale. Follow your plan and the weight will come off. Everyone is different so beware not to compare yourself to others.
