The Emotional First Aid Kit

My NUT suggested this must read for bariatric surgery patients. A practical guide to life after bariatruc surgery. Got in mail today, so gonna start reading. Almost 7 months post op and need to do things to stay on track, so many changes. Plus husband is having his sleeve next week.
