I am in central CA in Bakersfield (2 hrs north of LA). I paid $13,250. $3250 of that was just for all the tests I had to get done beforehand. This included: hospital stay, drugs, surgeon bill, and 3 fills.

Where do you go for fills & unfills?

NJ-Will pay $9500 for surgeon and surgery suite and $2000 for the anthesia....1 year of fills included.
