  12. Still very happy I went to Mexico 8 months later!!! By the way, anyone who refers new paitents are offered $, so it shouldn't be such a surprise. I am happy to tell my story & if it gerates an extra buck so be it. Either way I am happy
  13. If you ask me: Because they can Everyone must get a piece of the pie in the US so they charge more In MX or overseas, you pay the Doctor & he pays any fees out of his pocket. (use of Hospital, product, assistance from others...)
  14. I went there and am super happy! I was worried at first too but once I made up my mind I did it! I started with a low BMI & I had the same problems with eatting & diets.... Please email me if you need more info redbonela@aol.com I live in LA
  15. I too visited Dr Corvala in TJ, & was absolutely satisfied 10/3/09! Who does your fills? I loved the Hospital, it was so clean.
  16. I never weigh myself, I do not want to discourage myself. I determine weight loss by the fit of my clothes.
  17. It is so refreshing to see this post and with 7 pages!!! Yes it is a serious subject but there are some out there that may consider this... Why not make light of it and educate them at the same time? Please don't ask if they are serious anymore.... Kudos to the comedians!
  18. I've had 2 small fills since my unfill & believe I am at great spot right now without the complications. I'm glad I did it.
  19. I had done what I never wanted... an unfill. Oh well, I was too tight & I didn't want any compications so I had 1 cc taken out. I've had 2 fills since then I believe I am at a normal healthy sweet spot. I was worried they would take too much out & they did... But I am back on track now and am still happy!
  20. I can't agree enough! I was having problems but thought in the long run it would be worth it since I was practically throwing everything up & not consuming calories... Thank godness I had a slight infill, it's like magic all the uncomfortness went away!!! No slipage, might have streatched my pouch a little, but I was told it would return to normal after the swelling goes down. I can eat anything & still feel full after a normal portion. I will return next month for maybe .1 cc or .15 end the end, listen to your body. It tells you when something is NOT NORMAL. Good luck to all!!!
