Last week was a disaster! I gained 3.5 lbs. Not at all good.

I have been journaling what I have been eating, but for over a month have stopped counting calories. So today I am starting to list everything, in hopes that help get me on track again.

On the good side, I have been walking almost everyday. Itried my friends WII and loved it. Can't wait to get my own.

Good luck everyone!

Joan, I've been using myfitnesspal.com. It's a great site.

You set up a profile and tell it your daily calorie limit. You can set up your specific catagories. The database has millions of food choices (and you can add your own if its not there). When you choose a food & amount, it adds it to the meal of the day you choose and breaks it down by calorie, protein, fat and carb. And then tells you how you have left in your day. Give it a look. Thanks, Judy. I haven't looked at any of the on-line calorie trackers yet. I'll give it a try.

Two pounds gone this week. My weight loss is slowing down, so I'm skeptical as to whether or not I will make my goal. However, I do have a fill scheduled for next week, so maybe that will help.

I am having trouble getting into the spreadsheet to update, but I'll keep trying.

Whoo, hoo! The fourth time was a charm. I got in and updated. I have 11 pounds to go and 6 weeks to do it. Maybe I will make it after all. I chose to think positively.

I just started today..........

Scale is finally moving again. Damn hormones. Only 7 more to go. Should be a great Thanksgiving.

On Monday I started using one of the online food tracking sites. I was shocked to see how many calories I have been consuming lately - 100-1700 p/day! I used to consume well under 1,000 when I was manually tracking. No wonder I'm gaining weight back.

I go for a fill next week, so hopefully that will help. I have to loose 11.4 lbs to meet my goal. It's going to be tight, but hopefully I'll make it.

Hi All, Good Workeveryone. I am sort of stable- fretting over the same 2 #. Need to kick up my exercise and diet. getting closer but no cigar !!

Sue... I've been dinking with the same 1.5 pounds too. How annoying. It's too early in my travels to be plateaued. I have a fill in 12 days so hopefully that will help.
