Yes it does feel great!! and thank you very much When I weigh again I am going to actually take a picture of it..lol

I am so excited! I just signed on for the Turkey Day Challenge. I have never done a challenge like this, and I am excited to give it a try! I was banded in March, and haven't been to this forum much. I may need to remedy that!

I am 17 days post op and have lost pretty good so far but my darn scale is stuck this week, I cannot possibly eat less than I already do and I'm doing lots of cardio.

~Just keeping the faith that Mr Scale will start doing right by me soon:laugh:

Alright I'm a little late in joining, but it seems like good fun. I don't have a specific goal in mind, but I want to have something that keeps me motivated, and this seems like it'll work.

I'm going to go with 15 pounds lost by Thanksgiving.

Welcome all!!!! The more the merrier.

My scale hasn't been cooperating and I had a bit of a meltdown today. (I found the vanilla ice cream. )

Onward to tomorrow!

Kanin, Congrats!!!

RobinAnn, We all find it sooner or later, just go over your rules for eating and find a substitute for ice cream (Mine is Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Fudgesicles- 1 bar is 45 calories and 2 G of protein)

i lost another 1#, at 223!!

I'm going to join in too! I am at about 220-221 currently and I'd like to get to onederland by Thanksgiving! I hope I can do it! Hopefully this will be great motivation! Good luck everyone!

I finally hit 75 pounds! Just yesterday, and today, another pound. The scales seem to have caught up with what I'm doing, and I think I finally hit my sweet spot--I can only eat about 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of food at a time and stay full for 5 or more hours...so THIS is what it's supposed to feel like! well, it's a DAMN good feeling!!! I might actually make my goal...
