Why do women have anal sex?

Okay, so I was babysitting for a neighbor of mine. She called to see how the kids were doing. They were sleeping but I asked her if she had anything for a stuffed up nose. I was thinking she might have some sort of decongestant but I didn't see any in the medicine cabinet.

She told me next to her bed, on the night stand, there was a bottle of nose spray and I could use that. ( I washed the tip of the bottle with alcohol) Also on the night stand, was a tube of lube that said it was for anal sex.

It got me wondering why women do this. I could see why a guy would want to do it. I would suppose it's tighter and feels good for him. But does it feel good for her? I can't see it feeling any different than being horribly constipated.

I wish I had never seen that tube of lube! :)

  • No thanks for me. That's where my poop comes out, and since having the lapband that is a sacred activity if you know what I mean. Not messing with that area.

I am amazed so many do also.

That's the poop chute and I don't need that stretched out and lose control down the road. Could be real messy - ewe - nope sorry. I think if a guy is obsessed with that and the girl doesn't want it he may just have homosexual tendancies or if he didn't before he would consider it. My front door works so the back is locked to large objects :frown:

I have never had anal sex, but I never thought about the possibility of it streching that area out and causing problems later in life either. Anyone have any further insight into this being a possibility?

I have heard of gay men inserting a gerbil for gratrification (EWE) and having to use a tampon in there when not in use so like I said the back door is shut to large objects here :frown:)

I am pretty sure that the gerbil incident is an urban legend. I know lots of gay men...and none has stuck a rodent up their ass...or a tampon for that matter.

As for "if men like it they might have homosexual tendancies"...lol for real? Men like it because its a tight hole around their d*%&. Simple. It feels tighter than the other options. Also, men like it bc its totally dirty and porn like. Which ironically, is why I like it with my boyfriend. Its a shame that some men never ask their female partners to explore that area bc they are afraid people will think they are gay. I love that idea that my partner can express things to me without me placing judgement on him.

Also, trust me....the hole tightens right back up. If it didnt, an it stayed lose...well...the white pants after labor day rule would be a year long one instead.:frown:

About the whole stretching thing....For occassional or even more anal sex, there is usually never a problem with regaining tightness.

You run into problems when you are someone who is habitually fisted or use other monsterously large penetrative objects.

I'm also not at all surprised about anal sex being so popular....it's one of my most requested sex workshops :frown:

I beg the differ. My mother is a nurse. She use to work in New Orleans and had alot of such incidents. The incedints included a peice of string, PCV pipe, and your choice of rodent. The string sometimes broke and thus putting the individual in the E.R. Have also heard stories of Light bulbs being extracted at the E.R. how they didn't break is beyond me.

LOL, of course...someone you know....isnt that how urban legends start. Anyways, yes...people stick lots of random things up their butt. However, google it, go to snopes, or any number of various websites that debunk myths like this....

my problem with the earlier statement is that when people attribute something to a certain sub-section of the population...like implying that gay mean historically stick rodents up their ass...well, that borders on bigotry. Exspecially when paired with a statement that men you are open enough to explore their pleasure zones might also be gay.

But...or should I say BUTT...I have said my piece. Enough of that.

No one said they were the only ones it was a statement that "I heard" . I never heard a female so Bigotry is out of line.

I also said if a man persists with a woman and she doesn't want to he may seek elsewhere..

ANYWAY to each there own..whatever.

The number one foreign object retrieved from ER's around the country are bottles and jars! Go figure :rolleyes2:

I can honestly say that my biggest fear is to turn 40 and have a doctor shove something up my rear to look for things.

I was just thinking that I could post an article on the art of anal fisting if anyone is interested! Guys? Anyone?

Is that something that's considered an "art"?!? lol

I have never had anal sex, but I never thought about the possibility of it streching that area out and causing problems later in life either.

LMAO!!! Would there be a "popping" sound if that happened?!? LOLOLOLOLOL

Can we please agree to never, EVER use the term "habitually fisted" again?!? LOLOLOL

My hospital's ER once retrieved 4 medium potatoes from some gentleman's rectum. They have both the Xrays and the potatoes themselves (in a jar with some preservative) on display in the "hall of fame", along with various other curiousities.

I can honestly say that my biggest fear is to be referred to as a dude that has been "habitually fisted"

Honestly, I never thought this thread would start so many interesting conversations when I started it.:mellow:

I'm with you on this one, Makulafamy - there are extremes in behavior all across the board, and to imply that because one sub-section of a population does something implies that the entire population is doing it is definately bigoted.

There are things that "normal" adult men and women do all the time which are, to my mind, extreme and I would never do. That does not mean I am going to 'tar' everyone with the same brush...
