New notorious novembers weightloss spreadsheet

Recommended Posts

Hello can you add me to the spreadsheet. My highest weight was 308. I started the pre-op diet at 296. After the diet I was 281. After surgery I'm 273. Surgery date was November 15, 2008. Thank you!

WannaBSkinnyB, did you follow the link at the top of this thread? Because you are on there.

For the record, I clicked the link at the top of the page, and I don't see her name there either. You say you added skinnysue to the list, but I don't see her name either. I wonder if your updates are actually staying? I don't know how Google Docs works so I can't help you.

Ok, my fault, sort of. It was set to republish when I made changes and did not do what it was told.

Sorry!

Anyway, everyone should be there now.

Updated to here.

Can you please update my stats? I'm at 229 as of this morning! Yeah!! Slow, but pretty steady.

Thanks!

Highest was 252 and my goal is 155. The spreadsheet looks great! Now that we are all "numbers", it makes you really want to get that current number down. Thanks :hurray:

Teri- Are you doing the spreadsheet updates? It looks like mine is still at 235, but I'm at 229 now. Unless I'm looking at the wrong one?

I see your current weight listed at 229. I'm clicking on the link at the top of the page in the first post.

Jaime- Thanks---I must have clicked on it as she was updating. I see it now.:hurray:

Hey, do you know how you made your picture show on here? I can get it to show up in my actual profile, just not on here where I post. Not that it really matters....I'm just trying to get the hand of everything.

If you go to your User Control Panel, you can click on Edit Avatar on the far left, and it'll take you to the page where you can upload your own picture or choose one of the hundreds that they have. Hope that helps!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
