"The Girls"....Do they hurt?

Okay - I've noticed the last couple of weeks (and no I'm not pregnant and it's not TOM) that my breasts have been killing me. I take off my bra and I feel like I'm breast feeding again :w00t:. look the same and yes feel the same , with the exception that they are so sore.

I know they are getting smaller (I'm from a 44DDD to a 38DD or 38D depending on the bra). Is it due to the weightloss? :cool2: Hormone changes?

Have any of you experienced any soreness or changes in "the girls" since losing weight?

I had this 1-2 months ago for about a week. It gave me the briefest pregnancy scare, which was impossible anyway because I was on the pill. It was kind of a dull achy sore to the touch, uncomfortableness.

It went away and I am still not sure why it happened. I figure perhaps the weightloss released some excess hormones trapped in the fat cells. I am just so happy it was brief.

leslie - are you running w/a good sports bra?

my breasts were tender / sore when i was running on a sub-par sports bra, i bit the bullet and got essentially a harness & the girls are very happy i did:tongue:

Luluc I haven't ran in a couple of weeks so I don't think it is my bra. I haven't been as consistant with my exercise either.

I did buy a good bra a couple months ago and LOVE it - it really made a difference in the "bouncing". But, my breasts weren't hurting then. I went from exercising like crazy (sometimes 2x a day - over an hour at a time) to getting in maybe 2-3x a week. Maybe my body is just adjusting to all the changes?

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
