  • 2 weeks later...

Hi everyone I am back and everything went better than I could have imagined. I have not had any pain and I am already back to normal. No one knows I had anything done but a select few so I am very pleased with my recovery. I was even able to get through the clear liquid stage without hunger. I am now on full liquids. Thanks for all of your prayers, I know that was a big part in making this process easier.

I'm doing very well....counting the days until I can have mushy food! Almost back to normal with sleeping...have a couple of stitches for the doc to take and then I will be great....

Still nursing the torn muscle I got when I sneezed last week...pain comes and goes but otherwise...GREAT!

i actually just ate a tiny piece of a meat ball...i have a friend who was banded over a year ago and she told me to start trying little bits of things to see how they go down...it tasted so good and i am fine so far.. how long are you guys supposed to be on liquids?? i know every doc is different

ok im back to say that the meatball was not such a good choice.. i now feel like i have it stuck in my throat and i cant stop burping!!! back to soup for me.. i dont like this feeling at all!!!!!
