  1. I went to a lap band support meeting tonight and one of the women there said that she has a 10cc band and it is full and she can't lose any weight:confused: and she can eat allot! She says that her doctor won't put and more in her band because it is full!!!! I told her to get another opinion. Any feed back on this?
  2. Hi Girls! I'm a seven month bander and doing great! If anyone is interested in our support meetings in Mitchell the second and fourth Thursday of each month at the hospital. They are a lot of fun, nice group of people. Get a hold of me for more details. Hope everyone is doing great. I just hit 55lbs lost so doing fine. My last fill is really tight and I,m not eating much! Don't go back until the first Tues in Dec. Good job everyone!!!!!

  5. I know exactly what you are talking about I can eat anything!!!! The dietician I go to thinks I should be losing weight like crazy and I haven't even had a fill yet. I've lost about 21 lbs and I did't think that was too bad. I go for a fill May 24 so how are you doing on your weight loss? Keep me posted about your fill.

  12. Hi all! I was banded April 21 and I'm doing great. From what I've all read I think the band is a tool to help me lose weight not a miracle. I think it will help me not be hungry so I will have the willpower to say no. I'm reading a great book called Before and After by Susan Leach. She's a gal that had gastic by pass but her feelings are just like ours. I'm really enjoying the book. Good luck to all!
  13. Good job Jamie. Keep us posted on how your handling food in the next few days. YEPEEEEEE!
