Eating like normal....?

I am about 7 weeks post op and I am eating like I used to, is this normal at this stage? I have not had a fill yet, am down about 10kgs, but starting to resume old habits, please help me, I have been told that at this early stage it is easy to stretch the upper pouch, I am worries I may do this? I have not experienced what you guys call a PB either and it seems I can eat and not feel over full? Am I strange? Thanks

Tina

You need a fill.... maybe two.. who knows.. you will know restriction when you feel it..

I have a fill of 1.1cc and do not feel restriction to the point of it helping me.

I am going soon for fill number two, I really hope to get 2.5 cc or more..

Sorry i cant lend more advice.

I am 6 days post op and can eat average size meals but choose not to. I don't have the interest in food as I did before. I think the pain I still have keeps me away from food. I'm sure I'll need a fill before to long to keep this type of progress to continue?

I feel the same way as you and I am going for a fill today. I ate quite a bit more than usual over the Memorial Day holiday. I'll let you know if it changes things.

Until you get your 1st or even 2nd fill, you will feel like you haven't had surgery. You are wide open right now! As you get fills, you will start to feel fuller faster. It is normal to feel the way you do right now.

I am also 6 weeks post op and had a fill last Tues. Boy I feel restriction now! I can't eat much and I'm really having problems with meat even hamburger. But the scale is down another 5 lbs.
