Quaker Mini Delights - OMG

Okay, I had a coupon for the Quaker Mini Delights - so I thought, hey I will try it. Let me tell you - I am freakin hooked! I tried the Cinnamon Streusel it is seriously as good as a coffee cake - and it only has 90 calories per pack.

They are each about the size of a nickel (and you get a LOT in there). They are multi grain with a yummy icing. Here are the stats. But let me tell you, if you want something sweet - this is awesome!

90 Cal

4G Fat

0 Chol

95MG Sodium

14G Carbs

6G Sugar

1G Fiber

2G Protein

Love the chocolate ones and was planning to try to caramel ones next. SO YUMMY!!! Keep them in my desk at work for that lag time between lunch and quitting time. Great afternoon pick me up.

Thanks everyone. I will be running around this weekend trying to find them. I like the fact that they are multigrain. How's that for scratching for an excuse to make these "good". LOL:lol:

I tried the carmel and they were fabulous!! I usually hate any kind of rice cake but the drizzle on top is to die for.....these will be my substitute for a starbucks carmel frappucino which I miss sooo much!

I tried the chocolate drizzle ones for the first time yesterday and I have to agree they are delicious. I'm trying to limit myself to one pack a day.
