HEY ALL,

Sorry I have been off the boards for a short while. Life has been hectic. I believe that I have updated everyone on here who has posted or who had added themselves! I will keep updated. You can PM me if you would rather as the months go by and you are all losing!!! For once it feels great to be a loser.

Is a new month.... Should be seeing a lot of April Avengers checking in with one month post op results!!!!

Ive been doing great. No issues. Fill scheduled for 5/12. Im not feeling any restriction so Im really looking forward to the fill. No more blood pressure medicine required. Exercising 6 days a week. 1.5 miles with the dog or the full monte at the gym. Seems to be working. 44 pounds gone.

Just found this thread and added my stats to the list. The only thing I forgot to add was my High pre-op weight. Not sure how to go back and fix it. My highest weight was 209 and 5ft tall. If anyone knows how to change it let me know.

This spread sheet was a great idea.

Thanks and good luck to us all.

Hey All,

Everyone is doing so well. Keep up the good work. I will try to get this spread sheet updated at least once a week. Don't panic...everyone seems to be filling it out just right! I can fix anything if need be. Keep on losing.

Gina

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
