Had my LAP BAND done on 11-26-2007 in Buffalo, NY at Buffalo General Hospital by Dr. Aaron Hoffman. I've have had no problems what-so-ever and the support from Dr. Hoffman has been FANTASTIC. He is the BEST doctor ever! I would recommend anybody from the Buffalo, Rochester, NY area to have Dr. Hoffman perform the BAND! GREAT DOC!:eek:

Yeah val, i used to do that too, now just in the am and I know my body and I know I am capable of gaining a lot of weight fast, and that is what i am doing. If I could just hold the same I would be fine but i am gaining fast..

Really Val, your too tight, dont u just have 2 cc's? wow, I hope I can get 2 cc's and be good. He says every fill and unfill is different, you can be loose with 5 cc one time and tight with 3 the next and now that my band has been moved it may be totally different this time around, I just hope I dont have all the problems I had last time....whats going on with u val, do u work, is that what is going on? hope all gets better...

who knows whats going on. i can be fine one day then the next way too tight. so i called for an appt urgently yesterday they had me scheduled for today. then i had to cancel my dad needed urgent surgery and that stupid office tells me they will call me with an appt and of course they didnt so i finally called and im seeing hoffman tuesday

Wow Val, you sound urgent! when did all this happen, was it sudden? Maybe your just irritated, do fluids go down ok? I wouldn't wait till tues. if your symptoms get worse or you feel it is unbearable, thats what i did and even though your band is ok, don't put yourself thru it. I will check your post later, doing a craft show till 3 pm.. call my cell if u need to 507-3636...hang in there. How's your dad doing?

it does this sometimes...all of a sudden ill be really tight. they havent given me a fill since december. but ill go in tues. i can drink fluids and i can eat small amts. but i can tell im too tight, my weight is up a few lbs

hello ladies...sorry I haven't posted in awhile... It's been very frustrating to say the least.

I had my appt with Dr. Pham and was sooo happy and relieved with the way the office worked and the staff. I was in and out in an hour and everyone was beyond accommodating. A huge difference from the way I was treated at buff gen. Anyhow, I had to have a gallbladder u/s to rule out stones and will have my surgery the end of April. I wish I had gone this route from the start.

I am still dealing and processing what happened to me with dr. posner. I still can't believe no phone calls returned, even after several were left with his secretary.

Anyhow...hope to be on my way!
