Jenn, your not alone, you have us, I don't attend the monthly meetings (ashamed) I just know everyone from this site. I did meet linda and rain at the office once. you are just as much a part of this band family as anyone. :)

Vicki - this was a bad day with a lot of food, but this is the basics of what I eat every day... this was from my journal, so I'm getting between 6-800 cals a day and 70-80g Protein. My fill is what lets me do this. I have lost 31lbs since July 30th. Plus I walk 5 miles a day and was doing Water aerobics but right now I'm changing to weight training. So as you can see, I dropped a bunch really quick from 7/30 to 8/12 with the fill, I'm now leveled off, that's why I track measurements

Jenn, you are totally motivated, I don't think I could be so regimented. I was told that once you drop under 1100 cal. a day your body stops losing? I don't measure anything or weigh anything but myself, I am just aware of what I am eating but not how much. I lost 8 lbs this past 6 weeks, I just feel it is not coming off fast enough...

I think that is why I think I've slowed down, but I had a 3oz chicken tender in my lettuce for lunch and put some ground turkey in my egg this am, once a week i eat more then back off. that is why i'm changing up my workout too, but I'm at home and have tons of time to exercise, which is how i lost so quicklyin the beginning. I have not had any junk or sugar since July 30th, and I just keep saying don't do it or you will get the taste back

I've just been thinking that I really need to get back on track. I need to start journaling everything again and get back to the excercise. Anyone want to join me jumping back on the wagon?

Hey anyone know what happened to Judyanticola? Where is she?

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
